    Three ways to work together.

I’m an advisor, not a fractional CMO. I find what’s slowing your go-to-market, help your team build the plan, and stay in your corner while you run it. Most clients start with an assessment. Some start with Blueprints or coaching. It depends on where you are.

    G2M Assessment

Find out what’s actually slowing you down.

Every company is different. But the same patterns show up again and again: positioning that doesn’t land, an ICP that doesn’t predict, marketing and sales running two different plays. Before you fix anything, you need to know which ones are yours.

Over about eight weeks, I talk to your leaders and the people doing the work. I run an alignment survey across the team. Then you get a readout: what’s broken, what it’s costing you, and what to fix first.

    What you get

    • A deep dive on your market, product and go-to-market strategy
    • Deep-dive interviews with your leaders and key individual contributors, plus an alignment survey that shows where your team agrees and where it doesn’t
    • A board-ready readout you can take action on tomorrow
    • Pipeline and funnel analysis from your CRM (optional)

Best for: CEOs who know something’s off and want an honest read before they hire, fire or spend. Investors who want to know if a company’s go-to-market is fixable or fundamental.

    G2M Blueprints

A plan your team can run on Monday.

The plan that turns diagnosis into action. Positioning, ICP, messaging, operating cadence, whatever the work demands. Operator-grade because I’ve run it, not just drawn it.

I build it with your team. Every piece has to pass one test: can your people run it with the budget you actually have? If the answer is no, it’s a deck, and you already have enough of those.

Best for: Teams that know what’s broken and need a plan they’ll actually use.

    G2M Coaching

    An operator in your corner.

These are lonely jobs. There’s only one of you in the company. Coaching gives you a sounding board who’s sat in the seat and carried the number. My coaching clients are founders, CEOs and marketing leaders.

We meet on a set schedule. Between sessions, send me the board deck, the plan, the hire you’re unsure about. Engagements run six months or more, because nothing worth fixing gets fixed in a month.

Leading marketing? Many companies pay for coaching out of the G2M budget. I’m happy to help you make that case.

Best for: Leaders who want a senior sparring partner.

    How I work

The questions people ask on the first call.

    Are you a fractional CMO?

No. A fractional CMO runs your marketing. I help you run it better. You and your team own the decisions and the work. I bring the pattern recognition from 25+ years of seeing go-to-market go well, and seeing it flounder.

How is this different from an agency?

Agencies are arms and legs. If you know your ICP and your differentiation and you need programs run, hire a good agency. If nobody at the table has deep G2M experience, that’s where I come in.

How much time do you spend with each client?

It depends on the work. An assessment runs about eight weeks. Coaching is a set number of sessions a month. I keep my client list small on purpose, so each one gets real attention.

What do you need from me?

Access to your team, your data and your pipeline. And a CEO who wants the honest answer, even when it’s not the one they hoped for.

    Who isn’t a fit?

Companies that want someone to run marketing day to day. Startups without funding to invest in go-to-market yet. And anyone who wants validation more than answers.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

Mostly funded cybersecurity companies. Also other technical companies selling to technical buyers. If that’s you, I’m probably a decent fit.

    Not sure which one fits?

That’s what the first call is for. Bring the real question.
